- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Cancelled my appointment a week before hand and didn't give me a reason as to why. I couldn't make the next appointment they gave me due to work.told me I had to pay a £40 fine to reschedule. I had already paid for treatment and asked for a refund but have to go in with my bank card to get it. Now I will loose an afternoon of pay or go without the £35 refund. Oh an the receptionist clearly hates her job and it reflect in her customer service. I will be swiftly changing dental practice. Give this one a wide birthby Bash spawnJune 04, 2017
